if you live in dayton, ohio, and i know i do, there is a great little shop in centerville where you can get some awesome fabrics. It's called
Sew-A-Lot and it's on main street, right off of route 48. they mostly have quilting fabric, but they have alot of
Amy Butler's lines plus
Joel Dewberry. the original owner's daughter also has a blog
http://sewalotnews.blogspot.com/for Sew A-Lot news.
i just bought a package of fat quarters from Sew-A-Lot of Joel's designs.
i think i will make a change puse out of the chestnuts, they're precious! my mom is coming in from new jersey to be at my two bridal showers this weekend, so i think i will make it for her. so far, a change purse is about all i can do, but this is all about learning, right?
